Couple of notes…Thes come from Philadelphia Inquirer, Ad Age and Bloomberg.
“The NFLShop, the league’s merchandizing arm, is offering several styles of Vick’s gridiron apparel – including a customizable jersey for dogs.”
“Less than 10 season ticket-holders have canceled, and other than a call for a boycott of sponsors on the website sackvick.net, there has been little hostility shown toward the Eagles’ corporate sponsors.”
“Michael Vick’s No. 7 Philadelphia Eagles jersey won’t be sold by Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. as the largest publicly traded U.S. athletic store weighs public reaction to his return from a dogfighting prison term. ‘We have not seen enough demand from Eagles fans to stock the jersey,’”

Besides Brett Favre’s new Vikings jersey, Vick’s #7 Eagles jersey is the top seller on NFL.com’s site… guess Dick’s will be re-evaluating their decision very soon, just like others did (ahem, Modell’s) earlier. Capitalism at it’s best.
